Refund Policy

Saransh is sold by Kitto Byte, a California corporation, through Lemon Squeezy. This policy explains when we offer refunds on lifetime license purchases.

Try before you buy

Saransh includes a 14-day full-feature trial on first launch. Use the trial to evaluate dictation, conversation capture, and AI notes on your Mac before purchasing. The trial is your evaluation period.

After purchase

Lifetime license purchases are non-refundable once completed, except in the cases below or where required by applicable law.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund or help resolve the order when:

• You were charged twice or in error for the same license.
• Your license key cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

How to request help

Email support@saransh.io with your order email and a short description of the issue. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy; approved refunds are handled through the same payment channel.
