Saransh is a product of Kitto Byte, a California corporation (“Kitto Byte,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Saransh, you agree to these terms.

License

Saransh is sold as a lifetime license for personal or internal business use on your Mac, subject to the 14-day trial and activation terms shown in the app. Each lifetime license activates on one Mac at a time; deactivate in the app before moving to another computer. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the software except where permitted by law.

Your content and AI providers

You retain ownership of your recordings, notes, and transcripts. If you enable AI features, you are responsible for your provider account, credentials, and compliance with that provider’s terms. Cloud AI usage, including chapter and AI-note generation, is billed by your selected provider and is not included in the Saransh purchase or trial. When recording a conversation, whether microphone-only or with system audio, you are responsible for complying with applicable consent and recording laws.

Transcripts, speaker labels, chapters, summaries, and suggested decisions or action items can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on or sharing them. Source links and matching quotes help you inspect the transcript; they do not guarantee that an AI interpretation is accurate.

Local storage and recovery

Audio is deleted after successful transcription by default. Optional retention, playback, and recovery depend on locally available files. Recovery cannot guarantee restoration after interruption, storage failure, or deletion. Keep any backups you need and choose retention suitable for your recordings. See the Privacy Policy for storage locations, deletion behavior, and when text is sent to a selected AI provider. Internal source links are for navigation in Saransh, not public sharing links.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy on behalf of Kitto Byte. Saransh includes a 14-day trial before purchase. After purchase, refunds are limited as described in ourRefund Policy.

Disclaimer

Saransh is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or transcription accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Kitto Byte is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
